The local and regional market is extremely candidate short for top talent so the ability to be able to proactively source candidates is paramount. We pride ourselves on the fact that 80% of our placements over the past 18 months have come via our database, existing networks, referrals, proactive headhunting and targeted search rather than via reactive recruitment methodologies.
