Founded in 2009 by Nick Jenkin and Richard Beattie, Jenkin Beattie is a specialist executive recruitment firm servicing the Australian and regional market with a focus on the following key industry sectors: Information Communication Technology (ICT), FinTech, Digital Media, Professional Services and Consulting. With offices in Sydney and Melbourne we have a dedicated team of consultants with more than forty years combined recruitment experience.

  • Salary expectations circa $140-150k base + super with a $250k + OTE


Melbourne based Account Director - Telco & Utilities

  • 10 years’ experience in the enterprise software and services space with the past 7 years spent working for tier 1 IT vendors
  • Account Director selling security, cloud and professional services into existing multi-million dollar customers in the Telco & Utilities market
  • Peter has strong direct sales, channels and alliances experience
  • Peter is currently on a $175k base/$350k OTE package but he has been earning over $450k through over-achievement of targets


Melbourne based Account Exec – SaaS

  • Tom has a total of 6 years’ business to business sales and recruitment experience with the past 12 months spent working for a leading European start-up SaaS vendor
  • As a proven hunter Tom has outperformed targets in a 100% new business generation role selling analytics software to major Australian retailers and e-commerce providers
  • He is seeking a salary of $85-90k base + super with a $150k+ OTE


Sydney based Business Development Manager – Consulting & Professional Services

  • Degree qualified with over 10 years’ experience selling consulting services around business improvement, best practice and training
  • Key contacts are at C level across a large range of ASX/FTSE listed companies, with particularly strong networks within Banking, Telco and Insurance
  • Ben is very articulate and presents extremely well. He has a very consultative approach to new business development and has a great track record of over achieving against sales targets
  • Ben is looking for $120-130k base plus super, $200k+ OTE


Sydney based Business Development Manager – Marketing Analytics Platform / SaaS

  • Degree qualified with extensive experience in new business development across Australia & New Zealand markets
  • Polished, confident and outgoing personality type
  • Over six years’ experience of selling SaaS solutions, including over 2 years of selling marketing analytics and insights platforms with excellent contacts across FSI, Retail and FMCG
  • Dean is looking for $100k base plus super, $180k+ OTE


Melbourne based Data & Insights Analyst

  • John is an outstanding technical data and insights analyst with vast experience in SQL, SAS, VBA, Excel and Access.
  • In addition to his outstanding stakeholder management skills, he is a proven people manager and leader
  • He has proven C-level presentation skills to the tier 1 Banks and Airlines in Australia, the UK and New Zealand
  • John is seeking a permanent salary of $130k base + super but also open to contract assignments on a daily rate of $800.
